What shoe size should I buy?

All Lou footwear is handmade in Los Angeles, California.

How do I care for my shoes?

Lou shoes are handmade from fine European leather. As a result, there may be slight variations in shade or texture, which we feel adds to the overall uniqueness of our footwear.

We recommend that you store your shoes in the provided dust bag, and in a cool, dry place. Use a dry, soft cloth to spot clean, and avoid rain and moisture when possible. 

To further protect the leather, we recommend lightly spraying with a reputable leather or suede protectant spray. 

What if I receive a defected item?

Our customers are of the utmost importance to us, so we do our best to repair, exchange or refund any defected item as quickly as possible. Defects will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and proof of purchase must be provided upon review.
