Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Lou provides a small fee for UPS ground shipping to customers within the United States. Your order will be processed and fulfilled within 2 business days. If you want your items to be delivered faster, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air at a discounted cost that will be calculated at check out. 

For international customers, Lou offers discounted shipping rates through DHL Express. The cost will be calculated at check out. Please note, our prices do not include taxes or import duties. International customers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during shipment.

Returns

For customers within the United States, Lou offers free returns within 14 days from shipment. To qualify for a return, all items must be unused and in their original condition, including the original box with dust bag and tissue paper. 

For international orders, the customer has 14 days from shipment to return an item. Once return authorization has been granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's account in which payment was received. 

Please try all shoes on a clean, soft surface to avoid scuffs or damage to the outsole. There must be no visible wear or damage to the shoe to qualify for a return. Lou reserves the right to refuse any return order that does not meet our policies. 

All domestic and international returns must be shipped within two (2) business days of receiving the return authorization.  

Please reach out to hi@shoplou.com for return authorization and provide a brief reason for your return. Once authorization has been granted, Lou will provide a pre-paid return label.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased within the US can only be returned for store credit. The cost of return will be deducted from the original account of purchase. Sale items purchased internationally are final sale. All final sale items cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

Lou does not offer exchanges at this time. 

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Lou customer care, we will notify you that your return has been accepted. Once the return is approved, Lou will process the return within two (2) business days.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties. Please reach out to hi@shoplou.com with any questions.
